Prestige Oscietra is a sweeter and more complex caviar, with larger grains (minimum 3mm) that burst with flavour. Look out for honey, peach and floral flavours which can be paired with traditional caviar accompaniments or even enjoyed with sweeter combinations such as deserts to offer a salty-sweet combination. It is a uniquely subtle caviar which is a privilege to enjoy.
